My research is starting to migrate into DOT vs SNELL vs ECE and these well respected people offer almost completely opposite viewpoints which I find 2010-03-22 ECE does require a chin impact test as well (just like Snell although at different speeds I believe) for helmets that are certified as such (Integral, Flip-Up).
